Jill received her Certification in Foot Reflexology from Our Lady of Lourdes Wellness Institute in 2005, and established "Heal Your Sole Foot Reflexology".  With over 20 years of experience she has supported many people, not only with foot issues, but supporting general health and well-being by enhancing circulation, reducing stress, relieving headaches and facilitating women in pregnancy to support child birth.  She applies essential oils in her reflexology sessions to support immunity, digestive, respiratory and muscle skeletal concerns.  She is also trained in providing AromaDome Respiratory Essential Oil treatments.
